To cancel, please contact at least 48hrs in advance.
We are NOT financial planners – We are highly skilled money coaches that help our clients reach their financial goals by offering guidance, equipping them with customized tools, and addressing financial behaviors that may be preventing them from living more fulfilling lives. We do not offer or sell any financial products.
Once a session, package, or program is scheduled and paid for in part via a deposit or in full, no portion may be returned. Upon paying the deposit for a service, the client also agrees to pay the remaining balance for the service as well. Once a payment is part or in full is paid, client understands that all sales are final.
All payments must be made in full at time of purchase.
You can expect your budget within 10 business days, after any follow-up questions that the team has for you after reviewing your assessment form are addressed. For more complex cases, we may wish to hold your budget until the review and strategy session.
Your first session will be held two weeks after booking a service (depending on availability) to allow our team ample time for review and analysis of your Financial Situation Assessment Form. For coaching clients, your program will last either 6 or 12 weeks from the first session. We accept new clients on a rolling basis.
Once you select your service, your service and submit payment, you will have access to our calendar to schedule your strategy & review session. You will then receive an email containing a link to fill out the Financial Situation Assessment Form, and all subsequent check-ins, if applicable.
Yes we do! When you’re booking a service, you will see an option to receive the service as a couple instead of an individual. There will be a slight price increase for couples.
