Deliberate Dollar was created to help people achieve their personal finance goals and develop better relationships with money to live more fulfilling lives. Whether you would like to save for a vacation, a new house, a new car, pay off debt, or just increase your financial knowledge in general, we believe that everyone has the right to feel financially empowered to make the best decisions for themselves. Anybody can get better at managing their money, sometimes it may just take a bit of support. For many years, we have shared impactful strategies and designed customized tools for our clients that have helped them learn to work better with what they have, create effective, realistic budgets, and ultimately take control of their financial futures.

Are you certified financial planners?We are NOT financial planners – We are highly skilled money coaches that help our clients reach their financial goals by offering guidance, equipping them with customized tools, and addressing financial behaviors that may be preventing them from living more fulfilling lives. We do not offer or sell any financial products.

What is the refund policy?Once a session, package, or program is scheduled and paid for in part via a deposit or in full, no portion may be returned. Upon paying the deposit for a service, the client also agrees to pay the remaining balance for the service as well. Once a payment is part or in full is paid, client understands that all sales are final.

Do you take partial payment?All payments must be made in full at time of purchase.

When can I expect my budget to be returned to me?You can expect your budget within 10 business days, after any follow-up questions that the team has for you after reviewing your assessment form are addressed. For more complex cases, we may wish to hold your budget until the review and strategy session.

When do the services begin and end?Your first session will be held two weeks after booking a service (depending on availability) to allow our team ample time for review and analysis of your Financial Situation Assessment Form. For coaching clients, your program will last either 6 or 12 weeks from the first session. We accept new clients on a rolling basis.

How can I schedule my sessions?Once you select your service, your service and submit payment, you will have access to our calendar to schedule your strategy & review session. You will then receive an email containing a link to fill out the Financial Situation Assessment Form, and all subsequent check-ins, if applicable.

Are there budgeting or coaching services offered to couples?Yes we do! When you’re booking a service, you will see an option to receive the service as a couple instead of an individual. There will be a slight price increase for couples.
